By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using Milqit (the “Service”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must provide a valid mobile number to register. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including all orders placed and payments made.

• Keep your phone secure — OTPs sent to it confirm your identity.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• One account per person. We may suspend duplicate accounts.

Every order placed on Milqit is an offer to purchase the listed items at the listed price. We confirm acceptance once payment is captured and the order enters our fulfillment queue. Until then, we may decline or cancel for any reason (stock-out, pricing error, suspected fraud, delivery-area mismatch).

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Taxes and delivery fees, where applicable, are shown at checkout.

We aim to deliver within the time window shown at checkout (typically 10–60 minutes). Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees — weather, traffic, and demand can affect timing.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address. Repeated failed deliveries may result in restocking fees and, eventually, account suspension.

Perishables (dairy, fresh produce, prepared foods) cannot be returned once delivered. If an item arrives damaged, expired, or wrong, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll refund or replace it.

• Cancellation:orders can be cancelled free of charge before they enter the “Out for delivery” stage.
• Refund timing: approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Resell items purchased through the Service.
• Scrape, copy, or republish content without our written permission.
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or other users.

The Milqit name, logo, design, product photography, and software are owned by Milqit and protected by Indian and international copyright and trademark law. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Milqit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, attempt fraud, or pose risk to other users or staff.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
